The Boy with the Topknot premieres in Wolverhampton
A homecoming premiere for a BBC drama based on the best-selling memoir of Sathnam Sanghera was taking place at Molineux tonight.
Sathnam, a journalist and author, grew up in the deprived Heath Town area of Wolverhampton.
His memoir of those years, The Boy with the Topknot, has now been made into a BBC drama of the same name to be be broadcast on BBC2 on Monday.
A preview screening was taking place at WV1 in Molineux tonight.
