Temporary traffic lights have been set up on the A454 Willenhall Road at the junction with Hickman Avenue.

Drivers have been told to expect delays, with the AA Route Planner showing queues in both directions on the A454 on the approach to the junction with Hickman Avenue.

One nearby business owner said there was a lot of water on the road but disruption was not too bad due to schools being on half-term holiday.

A Severn Trent spokesperson said: “A team is currently onsite on the A454 Willenhall Road responding to a burst water main and will be working hard to complete a repair and get everything back to normal as quickly as possible.

“We would like to apologise to customers who are experiencing low water pressure and for any inconvenience caused while we make this urgent repair.”
