Wolverhampton man arrested over India murder conspiracy
A Wolverhampton man could be sent to India to face charges of conspiracy to murder.
The 38-year-old is one of three suspects who were arrested in the West Midlands on Monday after extradition warrants were issued.
The other two men, aged 37 and 40, were arrested in Coventry.
All three have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder in India in 2009.
They appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court on Monday and were bailed with strict conditions.
The court deals with all extradition proceedings in England and Wales and issued the warrant for their arrest.
