Kingswood Trust in Albrighton, near Wolverhampton, has opened the mile-long Wild Walk and Nature Play track.

The trust's charity manager Rachel Wells said: "It's basically a mile walk around the grounds, we've got a nine acre site, it's a mapped route around the site and there is lots of information for adults and places to play for the children.

"We've got a good outdoor space with lots of things to do and we're meeting the Covid criteria.

"A lot of people are worried about going out but it's good to get out and get some exercise and we are Covid-safe.

"The other thing families are enjoying is they can look at the sheep and the chickens.

"We've got a snack stop called Woody's and we are able to serve takeaway drinks and snacks, it's nice for them to get a coffee and be in the outdoors.

"We're having a maximum number of people to be Covid-compliant, we're allowing up to 40 families and they have to book via Eventbrite."
