Mother's Halloween competition brings cheer for Wolverhampton children
A mother of two is ensuring children in the community do not miss out on this year's Halloween festivities.

Surinder Mann, from Oxley in Wolverhampton, put together a creative Halloween competition, including pumpkin carving and drawing for local children.
She said: "We celebrate Halloween every year, we go to great efforts to decorate, dress up and go trick or treating, I love it and it brings out the child in me.
"It’s been a year for helping people due to Covid-19. I wouldn’t want children to miss out this year.
"I wanted to do something within the community, so I put together a Halloween competition.
"I have received so many entries and so much good feedback.
"Every person who enters shall win a goodie bag, but the special entries will receive a Halloween hamper which I have made with the huge help from my daughter Kiran, aged 11.
"It has given both of us so much satisfaction to put this together."
The prizes contain spooky decorations, sweets, stationary and toys.
Surinder and her daughter judged the entries on Friday night and have both dressed up today to deliver the prizes to the winners' houses.
Surinder added: "I want to spread cheer and happiness among the community.
"As an events co-ordinator for Oxley, I see myself putting together more competitions for the community in the future involving adults as well as children.
"After Halloween I will look to put together a Christmas competition for December.
""I love where I live, and I really feel for the children this year due to Covid-19."
