Girl hit by car in Wolverhampton
Paramedics treated a girl after she was hit by a car in Wolverhampton today.
Emergency services were called to Peacock Avenue shortly before 8.30am.
West Midlands Ambulance Service treated the girl at the scene for minor injuries. She did not require hospital treatment and was discharged at the scene.
A spokesman from West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 8.26am on Monday to reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian on Peacock Avenue, one ambulance attended the scene.
"On arrival we discovered one patient, a girl. She was treated for minor injuries before being discharged at the scene."
