Wolverhampton teenager, 13, missing for a week

Police are urgently appealing for the public's help to find a missing Black Country schoolboy who hasn't been seen in a week.

Missing: Dennis Dixon

Dennis Dixon, aged 13, has been missing from his home in the Goldthorn area of Wolverhampton.

Officers from West Midlands Police say Dennis disappeared from his home on Monday, August 24, and has not been seen since.

Dennis is described as 5ft 7ins tall, of a slim build with black cropped hair.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket over black jeans and black and red Nike Air Force trainers.

A spokesman from West Midlands Police said: "We are concerned for Dennis' welfare and urge anyone who might have seen him to get in touch."

Anyone who has seen Dennis, or knows of his whereabouts, is asked to call West Midlands Police's Wednesfield Locate team on 101 or 01902 649150.
