Patrols stepped up after people 'flout' lockdown rules in Tettenhall
Police patrols have been stepped up around Tettenhall after reports of people flouting virus lockdown rules.
Officers are focusing on the area around the Smestow Valley track following a string of complaints.
Patrols have been increased in a bid to stop the spread of coronavirus – with officers ready to take enforcement action.
A spokesman for the Tettenhall team said: "We have received numerous complaints about the Smestow Valley track and breaches of Covid 19.
"Officers have been patrolling the area and will continue to do so. If you witness any breaches please call us on 101 or report online as soon as you can."
