Wolves fans in Volgograd ahead of England v Tunisia World Cup clash
A father and son from the Black Country are enjoying the hospitality in Russia ahead of England's first World Cup game against Tunisia tonight.
Tim and James Corfield flew from Moscow to Volgograd, formerly Stalingrad, this morning for the fixture against Tunisia at 7pm.
The Wolves fans have tickets for all of England's three group games as well as the knock-out stages up to the final if the team progresses.
Yesterday they flew from London Heathrow to Moscow, staying one night in the three-star Apart Hotel Volga, before getting to Volgograd today.
As the atmosphere builds up to tonight's game, the pair are in the FIFA Fan Fest, a natural amphitheatre looking over the Volga River.
The temperature is around 30 degrees and fans of both sides are gathering, drinking beer and singing songs.
James, aged 27 and from Wollaston, said: "Everyone has been so helpful and friendly since we've arrived here, we're now really looking forward to the game.
"Even at our hotel they have English interpreters and the locals are keen to show us around their city.
"We've seen no trouble so far."
James works for his father, Tim, 63, at Griffin & King Insolvency Practitioners based in Walsall.
Both have been able to get tickets for the games through their membership of the England Supporters Travel Club,.
Following today's game they will fly to St Petersburg on Wednesday before taking an overnight train to Nizhny Novgorod for England's next game against Panama.

They will then get a train to Moscow before flying out to Kaliningrad for England's last group game against Belgium.
So far the pair have spent up to £2,000 each.
James said: "It's an opportunity to follow the England team while travelling and discovering parts of the world we've never been to."
On tonight's game, James said: "The atmosphere is building up already, we're all looking forward to it and hoping for a good start."
