Taxi overturns in Wolverhampton crash - with VIDEO

A taxi overturned after crashing into a road sign in Wolverhampton city centre tonight.

Emergency services were called to Princess Street at 8.17pm.

The blue vehicle was left lying on its side while emergency crews began investigations.

A spokesman for West Midlands Fire Service said there was no one trapped or injured.

"One occupant declined help from ambulance crews," the spokesman said.

"A motor vehicle hit a no entry sign."

Police, ambulance and fire crews attended the scene.
