Wolverhampton's Mander Centre car park closed after man seen close to edge
The Mander Centre car park was closed today after a man was seen on the edge of the upper section.
Officers were called at around 1.20pm and stopped traffic and pedestrians from entering Bell Street.
The man was safely bought down at about 4.40pm.
