Boy, 15, arrested after cannabis factory found in Willenhall

A 15-year-old was arrested after police discovered a cannabis factory at a house in Willenhall.

Around 250 plants were discovered at a property in Noose Lane just before 5.30pm yesterday.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested. He has since been bailed with conditions.

A spokesman from West Midlands Police said: "We were called to a suspected cannabis factory at a property on Noose Lane, Willenhall just before 5.30pm on Monday, where around 250 plants were found.

"A 15-year-old boy was arrested from the scene on suspicion of drugs cultivation.

"Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to contact us."

West Midlands Police later confirmed on Wednesday afternoon: "The 15-year-old has been bailed with conditions in relation to the cannabis factory found on Noose Lane."
