Investigation launched into Walsall disorder

Police have launched an investigation after disorder in a Walsall Street.

Officers were called to Milton Street, in the Palfrey area, at around 5.30pm on Sunday.

Three men were injured in the disorder and assessed by paramedics, but did not require hospital treatment.

Four other men fled the scene in an unknown vehicle.

West Midlands Police is now appealing for witnesses to the disorder to come forward.

A spokesman for the force said: "We are investigating after being called to reports of a disorder in Milton Street in Palfrey at around 5.30pm on Sunday.

"Two men suffered minor injuries which did not require hospital treatment. Four other men are believed to have left the scene in an unknown vehicle."

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We were called to reports of an assault on Milton Street, Walsall at 5.38pm on Sunday.

"One ambulance attended and assessed three patients. No one required hospital treatment."

Anyone with information about the reported disorder is asked to call West Midlands Police on 101, quoting incident number 20WS/93233B/20.
