Nearly 600 plants seized in Walsall drugs raid
Nearly 600 plants were seized during a drugs raid in Walsall.
Police carried out the warrant in Wavell Road, Bentley, on Tuesday.
Around 580 plants were seized from the property. It is not known if any arrests were made.
A spokesman from West Midlands said the warrant took place in Wavell Road – but released no further details.
Darlaston Police shared the incident on Twitter, added: "Urgent warrant obtained and executed today [Tuesday] in Bentley, Walsall – approximately 580 plants seized.
"Thanks to Walsall Taskforce for their assistance."
Anyone with information about the warrant is asked to call West Midlands Police on 101, quoting incident number 1205 of February 11.
