Roadworks to begin in four areas of Walsall on Monday
Drivers will be diverted in four areas of Walsall on Monday as roadworks begin.
Ida Road, between the junctions of Scarborough Road and Pleck Road, will be closed continuously until September 1 while a gas main is replaced.
Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions Ltd will be carrying out the work on behalf of Cadent Gas.
Meanwhile Holtshill Lane, across the junction of Persehouse Street and Union Street, will be closed until August 11.
A water main will be renewed while the road is closed.
Also Station Street, between the junctions of Station Place and Grant Street, in Bloxwich, will be closed until Thursday while work is carried out to improve the road.
And Tyndale Crescent, between the junctions of Collingwood Drive and Leighton Close, in Pheasey, will be closed between 8am and 5pm on Monday.
