Zainab Pervaiz confessed she conned her victims into handing over money for the 'non-existent' tickets.

Wearing a black coat, trousers and white shirt, the 25-year-old admitted 16 counts of fraud when she appeared at Birmingham Magistrates' Court this morning.

Pervaiz, of Swan Pool Grove, Walsall, tricked customers into transferring cash for tickets reaching £150 into a friend's PayPal account before she moved the funds into her bank account.

Victims were left out of pocket when they later requested a refund, the court heard.

Her 16 victims were defrauded of almost £10,000 in total.

The offences took place between February 2015 and December 2016, West Midlands Police said.

Pervaiz was released on bail and is due to be sentenced at Birmingham Crown Court on October 25.
