Train lines at Stafford reopened after vehicle crashed into bridge
Train lines running through Stafford have now reopened after a vehicle crashed into a bridge.
Commuters travelling through the station are still being warned of possible cancellations and delays of up to 30 minutes until 9am.
A number of services were affected as a result of the incident this morning, with passengers travelling on the Walsall line amongst those facing disruption.
A spokesperson for National Rail, said: "Lines have now reopened following a road vehicle colliding with a bridge in the Stafford area earlier today.
"As service recovers, trains may still be cancelled, delayed by up to 30 minutes or revised. This is expected until 09:00."
