Thousands attend Stafford British Mini Club Show - in pictures
Thousands of people descended on Stafford's annual British Mini Club Show this weekend.
People from all over the world travelled to Stafford Showground for the event yesterday, including a group of 30 people from the Philippines, organisers said.
Drawing the crowds were a fully restored Mini ice cream van and one of the earliest Minis, dates back to 1959.
Organiser David Hollis said: "We've had people travel from all over the world, 30 people came from the Philippines and cars and trade stands have come from all over the country.
"We launched for the first ever time the latest Mini GP3, so that has had lots of interest all day.
"There was a Mini ice cream van that has been restored, it's surprising what they can get in them.
"One of the earliest Minis has been here too, a 1959 one.
"It's always a well-attended event, very much so. We get a lot of families as children come with their parents but also enthusiasts.
"Trader Mini Sport came which is the biggest Mini accessory shop out there at the moment.
"We do this one every year and we also do one at Himley Hall."
