Staffordshire Police carried out searches at addresses on Friday and Saturday in Codsall and Perton.

Controlled drugs, including crack cocaine and heroin, were seized from three of the four addresses in Willow Drive, Lime Tree Road and Brookfield Road, all Codsall.

Cannabis was also seized along with cannabis cultivating equipment and £1,000 in cash.

Three men, aged 22, 30 and 32, all from Wolverhampton, were subsequently arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs.

They have all been released under investigation.

Inspector Richard Meaden, South Staffordshire Local Policing Team Commander, said: “This positive enforcement comes on the back of the hard work behind the scenes by our officers.

"We have worked hard to disrupt the activities of those who believe they can supply drugs.

"We’re committed to protecting the vulnerable in our communities.”
