David Lloyd Lichfield is sponsoring the Tennis For Free sessions at Lichfield's Beacon Park throughout next week.
This partnership ensures that the local community can continue to enjoy the award-winning free, fun, and engaging coach-led group tennis sessions every Sunday.
Tennis For Free is a national charity that offers free weekly group tennis sessions for people of all ages and abilities, to make the sport more accessible by removing financial barriers.
More than 10,000 people have attended the charity's sessions at Beacon Park since their introduction in 2016.
Andrew Lightbown, general manager at David Lloyd Lichfield, said he was delighted to support the charity.
"It’s a fantastic initiative that makes tennis accessible to everyone," he said.
"Supporting community programmes like this aligns perfectly with our values at David Lloyd, and we’re excited to help reach even more people in the coming year.”
Tennis For Free chief executive Paul Jessop added: “The Beacon Park scheme has been a huge success since 2016, and it’s amazing to see over 10,000 people benefiting from the programme.
"Thanks to David Lloyd Lichfield, we’ll be able to keep offering free tennis sessions every Sunday for all ages and explore expanding the free tennis programme. We’re so excited to see what 2025 will bring."
