Award for Hednesford pub
A Hednesford pub has won an award from the Cannock Chase branch of the Campaign for Real Ale.

The Bridge Inn, Cannock Road, was announced as the winner of its pub of the year competition at the branch AGM.
Runner-up was The Newhall Arms in High Green, Cannock with craft beer bar The Arcade in Mill Street, Cannock in third place.
Officers elected at the AGM included John Morgan as chairman, Liz Read as vice-chairman and Dorinda Gibbons as secretary.
