Roads around Cannock designer outlet ready for revamp
Work to create access to a multi-million pound designer outlet in Staffordshire and improve surrounding roads will enter the next stage on Monday.
The works will pave the way for the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands, in Cannock, which is set to be completed later this year.
On Monday, work will start resurfacing the Lichfield Road roundabout. Work will be carried out overnight between 7pm and 5am and is due to be completed by June 9.
From June 9 to June 10, work to resurface the A460 Southbound between Hayes Way roundabout and Lichfield Road roundabout will also be completed. A one-way closure will be in operation between 8am and 5pm.
Signed diversions routes will be in place throughout the works.
