Electric vehicle charging points for Cannock retail park
Electric vehicle charging points will be installed at a retail park in Cannock after plans were given the green light.
Four new rapid chargers will be installed at Wryley Brook Retail Park in Bridgetown after plans were approved by Cannock Chase Council.
In the planning documents it says: "The EVRC’s will support the shift towards the use of more sustainable electric vehicles versus traditional internal combustion engine vehicles therefore supporting a reduction in associated emissions and contributing to planning policy objectives.
"The units will make use of existing standard car parking bays and will not result in a reduction in overall car parking levels."
