Fieldhouse Road crash: Motorcyclist injured after smash in Cannock
A motorcyclist was injured after a crash involving a car.
The incident happened, in Fieldhouse Road, Cannock, on Wednesday at 3.30pm.
The 24-year-old motorcyclist came off his bike and suffered chest, shoulder and head injuries.
He was taken to Royal Stoke University Hospital for treatment.
West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman Murray McGregor said: "The man was wearing a helmet but no protection gear."
Police closed off the road while the patient was taken to hospital and the wreckage cleared.
