Police launch appeal to help find Staffordshire woman last seen near canal
Police in Rugeley have launched an appeal following the disappearance of a woman from the town.
Officers said Theresa Steele, 30, was last seen near the Trent & Mersey Canal walking towards Wolsley Bridge near Rugeley and then back along the towpath towards Lichfield within the last two days.
Staffordshire Police said the force was becoming increasingly concerned for Ms Steele, who is described as being of mixed race, slim, with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who has seen her and has information about her whereabouts should ring the force immediately on 101, quoting incident number 699 of 12 September.
