Man, 24, injured in stabbing
A 24-year-old man was injured in a stabbing in Staffordshire.
Police have launched an investigation after the incident on Friday evening in Stone Road, Uttoxeter.
The victim suffered cuts as a result of the assault before the offender fled the scene.
The attack unfolded at around 7.15pm.
Police believe it to be an isolated incident but are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
A spokesman for Staffordshire Police said: "Detectives are investigating an assault which happened in Uttoxeter on Friday evening and are now appealing for information.
"Officers would like to reassure the public that they believe this to be an isolated incident and anyone with any information should message Staffordshire Police."
