New homes planned for housing estate in Wheaton Aston
The finer details for plans for 30 homes in a Staffordshire village have been given the green light.

South Staffordshire Council approved the reserved matters application for the layout, scale, appearance and landscaping of the houses on land west of Ivetsey Road, Wheaton Aston.
A total of 40 per cent of the houses will be affordable housing, with a 50 per cent split between shared ownership and social rent. There will be seven bungalows within the development.
The houses will range from two-bed to four-bed homes.
