Bookworms rejoice: Independent booksellers Booka to open new shop in Bridgnorth
A new independent book shop is to open in Bridgnorth within months, in what was previously a travel agent shop.
Booka Bookshop already has a popular store in Oswestry but has announced it will open a second store in Bridgnorth this autumn.
The new shop is set to replace the former Tui travel agents at 72 High Street.
Carrie Morris, owner of Booka Bookshop, said that after 14 years of supplying tomes to the people of Oswestry, Bridgnorth was a natural next step.
