Water company apologises after leak affects Bridgnorth supplies
Severn Trent Water have said they are working on repairing a leak that has seen homes in Bridgnorth with low pressure or no water supply.
Residents in the WV16 postcode area of the town woke on Monday to find their water supplies affected.
Severn Trent Water said the issue has been caused by a leak and they are working to fix the issue.
A Severn Trent spokesperson said: “We would like to apologise to customers in Bridgnorth who may have experienced lower than normal pressure, or an interruption to their supply this morning which was due to a burst water main near Bramble Ridge Lane.
“Our team is currently on site and is working hard to complete the repair. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience while we work to get everything back to normal.”
