Mum horrified after her son, five, was found wandering streets shoeless after escaping from school
A mum has spoken of her shock after her five-year-old son was found wandering the streets after escaping from school.
Jasmine Bennett said she was "in total shock" when she was contacted by her brother in June who asked her if she was with her son, Jace.
Having dropped the five-year-old off at Broseley CofE Primary School an hour earlier, Jasmine had no idea that a shoeless Jace was wandering Broseley's high street.
Jasmine explained: "Jace was found on the local high street, someone saw him and contacted my brother who contacted me.
"He was found on his own with no shoes on, just running around. I think he was a bit shocked that he was out too."
