Fly tipping is a problem in the Charlemont area of West Bromwich, which is where the sheep has been dumped

David Fisher, ward councillor for Charlemont with Grove Vale in West Bromwich, was responding to complaints from dog walkers, cyclists and nearby residents in the Wigmore Lane and Beacon View playing fields area.

He posted a video on Twitter demanding action from Sandwell Council after saying a number of residents had raised the issue with him.

In it he said: "This is a public right of way with dog walkers using it, children on bikes and the general public. The last thing they want to see is the remains of an animal lying in the grass.
