Coroners court tracing relatives of man found dead in West Bromwich
A coroner's court is urgently appealing for relatives of a man who was found dead in the Black Country.
David Roy Lowin died in West Bromwich on April 15. His body was found at his home address located at Flat 4, Marmion House, on Dial Lane.
The appeal has been made by Black Country Coroner's Court, which carries out inquests into people's deaths.
