Wednesbury petrol station seeking 24-hour opening
A Black Country petrol station is seeking to open 24 hours a day.

Morrisons petrol station in Wednesbury has asked Sandwell Council for clarification that is free to open round the clock, without needing planning permission.
The supermarket giant has argued that there is nothing in its existing planning consent which restricts opening times at the site in Trouse Lane.
But it is seeking a lawful development certificate that would confirm this.
The matter will now be considered by Sandwell Council's planning department.
