Police hunting Wednesbury man 'wanted for malicious communication'
Police are searching for a 33-year-old man who is wanted for a malicious communication offence.
Colin Arnold is from Wednesbury and police say the offence occurred in Tipton.
Police have now issued a photograph of Arnold and are asking anyone with information concerning his whereabouts to come forward.
