New collaboration brings touch of Black Country history to IKEA superstore
A new and unique collaboration between the Black Country Living Museum and IKEA paying tribute to the 1930s has been officially opened.

Wednesbury maintains its links as a traditional market town to this day with long-standing shops and supermarkets sitting alongside stalls. Wednesbury was dominated by the huge Patent Shaft steel works, dating from the 19th century, for over 100 years. But new businesses have moved into the modern town.
