Man cut free from car after Tipton crash
The roof was cut from a car to free a man who had suspected spinal injuries after a crash in Tipton in the early hours.
Burnt Tree in Tipton was closed after the two-car crash which happened just before 2am.
Firefighters used cutting equipment to remove the roof from the vehicle and the patient was then conveyed to hospital.
Both vehicles were made safe by fire crews and left in position at the request of police.
West Midlands Police was called and said there were no life-changing injuries as a result of the crash.
