Cyclist taken to hospital after being hit by car in Tipton
A cyclist has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car in Tipton today.
The man was hit by the car in Great Bridge at about 11.20am. Police say his injuries are not thought to be serious.
The driver of the car stopped and is assisting police with their enquiries.
Kate Baker, spokeswoman for West Midlands Police, said: "It was a collision between a car and a cyclist on Great Bridge, Tipton at around 11.20am this morning.
"A man was taken to hospital with injuries which are not thought to be serious.
"The driver of the car stopped and is assisting us with our enquiries.
