Flats plan proposed for former Rowley Regis day centre site
A planning application has been submitted to build ‘affordable’ flats on the site of a former Rowley Regis day centre and library.

Set among the Rowley Hills, Rowley Regis looks over most of the modern Black Country. But its roots lie with its close ties of the former villages of Rowley, Blackheath, Cradley Heath, and Old Hill. Its lofty surroundings include Turner’s Hill, the highest point of the West Midlands. Stoneworks H. Doulton and Co. provided its wares to well known businesses including Harrods.
