Man, 27, found with gunshot wounds in Quinton
A man was found with gunshot injuries near Sandwell.
West Midlands Police has launched an investigation after a 27-year-old man was found on Hollybush Grove, in Quinton, on Friday night.
He was taken to hospital with injuries to his groin.
Officers have launched an investigation into the incident and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We are investigating after a man was found with gunshot injuries on Hollybush Grove in the Quinton area of Birmingham, just before 7.30pm on Friday night.
"The 27-year-old man was taken to hospital with injuries to his groin, but fortunately, they are not believed to be life-changing or life-threatening at this time.
"Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to contact us."
