Crash causes 7 mile queues on M6
Motorists were caught in 'seven-mile-queues' today after a crash on the M6.
Two lanes were closed as a result of the two-vehicle-accident, which happened between J7 Great Barr and J6 Spaghetti Junction on the southbound carriageway.
A Highways England spokesman said there was seven mile tailbacks stretching back to J8.
The lanes were closed around midday and remained shut for more than one hour, before being reopened around 1.10pm.
