Stourbridge businessmen cleared of fraudulent trading over renovation cost dispute
Two businessmen from a Stourbridge company have been cleared of fraudulent trading after a three-week trial.
Dudley Council's Trading Standards team brought the case against Neil Law and Peter Mitchell, who run Olympus Gas.
At Wolverhampton Crown Court sitting at Park Hall Hotel they faced six counts of fraudulent trading, with six counts of fraudulent misrepresentation levelled against the firm,
