Stourbridge Shuttle resumes service after being pulled at the end of last month
Stourbridge's shuttle service was restarting on Saturday after it was taken out of service due to ongoing vehicle maintenance at the end of last month.
The service – considered to be the shortest branch line in Europe at three quarters of a mile long – makes roughly 214 trips every weekday.
It runs to and from Stourbridge Town Station and Stourbridge Junction Station but was taken out of service on March 30.
A statement from Pre Metro Operations, which operates the service, said: "The shuttle will return to service from April 23. We want to thank everybody for their patience and understanding during these engineering works."
