A minute's silence will be held at Team Dudley, while the club has also put his picture on the front of the matchday programme.

The 24-year-old, from Quarry Bank, was a keen footballer and had played in the amateur ranks around Dudley after leaving Stourbridge FC, where he was a youth player.

A minute's silence will be held in Priory Road before Team Dudley's game with Bromyard Town.

The club has also revealed its programme cover, which features a picture of Mr Passey from his time with the team.

Both Team Dudley, who play in West Midlands Regional League Division One, and the Glassboys paid tribute to Mr Passey after he was stabbed in Chicago's in Stourbridge in the early hours of Sunday.

He most recently played for Stourbridge Athletics and Wren's Nest.

The club said on its website: "The game will follow a minute's silence for Ryan Passey. We ask all that attend the fixture to stand and observe the minute's silence that was requested by Team Dudley FC for Ryan, a former team mate and friend of many of the squad.

"The programme will have Ryan on the cover as a mark of remembrance for our former midfielder and we thank Bromyard Town and the officials for allowing us to pay our respects to Ryan before kick off."
