Sedgley school in row with parents over girls' uniform policy
Students have been put into the centre of a heated debate between parents and teachers over girls' uniform regulation.
Parents started the dispute with Beacon Hill Academy yesterday after girls who were returning to school wearing stretch-style trousers were taken to one side and given a disciplinary letter.
The letter, which stated that the student was "not in line with uniform policy" was given to each of the students, and the uniform will need to be rectified.
Parents are in an uproar around the letter, who say that their girls have worn the same stretch-style trousers in previous years without issue.
