Plans to build flats in a Black Country village given the go-ahead
Plans to build a block of nine flats in the centre of a Black Country village have been given the go-ahead.
Dudley Council has granted planning permission for a block of nine new flats to be built behind Bourne House in High Street, Sedgley.
The two-storey block will be built on a service yard behind a travel agent's office and a chip shop, which has previously been used for car hire and sales.
The development is close to where a new Aldi supermarket is also to be built.
