Worker seriously injured at Cradley Heath factory
A worker suffered a serious injury while using a machine at a factory in Cradley Heath.
Health and Safety Executive (HSE) officers have confirmed they are investigating the incident, which happened on Tuesday last week.
It took place at rubber and plastic manufacturers JT Foam & Fibre in Porters Field Road.
A man is believed to have sustained a serious arm injury while using one of the machines at the company.
A HSE spokesman said: "HSE is aware of the incident and is making initial enquiries.”
The Health and Safety Executive is a UK government agency responsible for the enforcement of workplace health, safety and welfare, and for research into occupational risks.
An initial investigation into the incident is being carried out.
