Two more charged in connection with double crossbow killings in Dudley

Two more people have been charged in connection with a double crossbow killing following a cannabis farm raid in Dudley.

Kadeen Palmer, of Stanford Road in Handsworth, has been charged over the incident in Pensnett Road, Brierly Hill, in February.

The 19-year-old has been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary at the property.

He is also been charged on a separate offence of possession of cannabis with intent to supply, a spokesman for West Midlands Police said.

Billal Akram, of Buffery Road in Dudley, has been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary in Pensnett Road and another address in Milton Street, Walsall.

The 25-year-old – along with Palmer – appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates Court and has been bailed to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court at a later date.

A total of 13 men have been charged in relation to burglary and three men have been charged with the murders of 19-year-old Khuzaimah Douglas and Waseem Ramzan, aged 36

They were shot with a crossbow during the aftermath of the Pensnett Road raid.
