The plan for the home on Dennis Hall Road was a new version of an application in 2020 which had been refused.

The updated proposal was for a two-bedroom detached house on land next to an existing house.

Planners ruled the property’s ‘excessive proportions’ and inadequate subdivision from the host property would result in cluttered alterations that would be detrimental to the street scene.
