Staffordshire County Council has made the order which will forbid pedestrians from proceeding along the footpath running from its junction with the woodland track north of the site in Himley for around 115 metres in a southerly direction.

There is also an order to close a footpath which runs to the car park entrance where the wonky pub once stood.

The order states that the closure is required due to 'concerns over the instability of the ground conditions' following the fire which gutted the pub and its demolition less than 48 hours later.
