Crews still at scene of Dudley factory blaze as fire 'is surrounded but not yet out'
Three fire crews were still in attendance on Sunday at the scene of a major blaze at a bakery processing plant in Dudley which started on Friday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to The David Wood Foods Bakery site in Crackley Way, off Peartree Lane near Netherton, shortly after 12.05pm on Friday, with more than 100 firefighters attending the scene at the height of the blaze.
Two days later and the fire is still active, with the fire service confirming that the blaze is "surrounded but not yet out".
Parts of the roof of the plant have collapsed and areas of the factory are in complete ruin after the fire.
